Multi-stand rolling mill for cold rolling of strips, plates, flattened wires, bars and profiles
The tandem cold reduction system gives excellent results in thickness reduction of high and medium productions reducing scrap and the possibility of error so that subsequent processing is not affected.
This rolling machine is optimized for ball chains, agganciato chains, cubetto, sealed mesh, butterfly top and stamping, any other work where predetermined tolerances for thickness and width are necessary.

Safety
The ENNE130 multi-stand rolling mill allows automation of the semi-finished product process to eliminate safety-related issues. The various parts are completely closed inside the machine; the strip is inserted in the input section and automatically passes through to the end of the rolling sequence.
The operator is completely safe, while at the same time maintaining maximum accessibility and easy inspection. The vast front section of the machine allows a clear and safe view of the rolling zone. This allows maintenance and control operations to be carried out in complete safety.
Customization
According to the reduction and the material of the end product, the number of tandem rolling stands can be customized. The strength lies in the single-drive technology created using modular stands which guarantee maximum flexibility and adaptability of the material to process.
To expand the working range, the multi-stand rolling mill can be configured with 2 working paths to double the quantity of reductions on a single machine
