The tandem rolling was introduced by INVIMEC over 30 years ago and has raised production and quality standards of both solid and hollow wire.
The final quality of the semi-finished product allows subsequent, problem-free processing of the chain machines.

Safety
The EFFE2009 multi-stand rolling mill allows automation of the semi-finished product process to eliminate safety-related issues. The various parts are completely closed inside the machine; the strip is inserted in the input section and automatically passes through to the end of the rolling sequence.
The operator is completely safe, while at the same time maintaining maximum accessibility and easy inspection. Strip rolling proceeds without the need for manual intervention up to the end of the rolling sequence.
Customization
Thanks to single-drive technology, each stand is independently automated and can be individually opened, to allow any cylinder to be included or bypassed during rolling and thereby create partial reductions or particular profiles.
