Rolling-forming lines of one or more stands to produce pipes and profiles, open or closed, welded or not.
We specialize in bi-metallic forming, when one or more material are joined to another one, mechanically, using a combination of forming, folding and rolling operations.
Lines are designed meeting customer’s request about productivity, dimensional, accuracy and precision features, combining different modular basic systems:
- different stand sizes for different productions
- one-motor drive and fixed gearing for all stands or individual motor drive for each stand
- easy and fast rolling tool-change to manufacture several shapes and dimensions in the same machine
- high customization possible for each line element
Our specialization allow us to solve specific and niche problems, even when it is necessary to study complete plants involving complementary and auxiliary operations. |
