| |
Rolling lines of one or more stands to produce shaped or flattened wire out of round stock material or pre-shaped sections, especially to obtain various set of shapes and dimensions starting from the same stock material.
Lines are designed meeting customer’s request about productivity, dimensional, accuracy and precision features, combining different modular basic systems:
- different stand sizes for different productions
- one-motor drive and fixed gearing for all stands or individual motor drive for each stand
- fixed stands or opening upgrade for intermediate dimensions
- easy and fast rolling tool-change to manufacture several shapes and dimensions in the same machine
- high customization possible for each line element
Our specialization allow us to solve specific and niche problems, even when it is necessary to study complete plants involving complementary and auxiliary operations. |
