| |
Profiling machine for creating profiles, folded (aggraffato) wire and profiling of plated material, used by manufacturers of hollow chain of various types (curb link, rolò cable, spike, box etc.) for the production of cored hollow wire.
The combination of profiling and rolling heads makes it possible to produce compact folded (aggraffato) and plated wire, which is ready for subsequent rolling and production of hollow chain.
It is possible to produce pieces to the desired length, given that during subsequent reductions the material lengthens at the same rate as the core, without slipping; thickness therefore remains constant along the whole length, and likewise the weight of the finished products.
The process is completed by reduction to variable shapes and scaling by the INVIMEC rolling train system. |
