Our range of profiling machines and bull-block lines, which produce tube with a core (of iron, copper, tombac, aluminium), which is inserted before welding, has a series of unique features:
1) The welded material adheres to and rests on the core and therefore:
a) there is no need for an inner welding seam;
b) it is possible to produce pieces to the desired length, given that during subsequent
reductions the material lengthens at the same rate as the core, without slipping;
c) thickness remains constant along the whole length, and likewise the weight of the finished products;
2) the possibility of putting a bull-block in line with the profiling machines improves the system and saves considerable time;
3) the process is completed by reduction to variable shapes and scaling by the INVIMEC rolling rain system. |
