When fitted with smooth rollers that are appropriately sized in steps, this type of rolling machine can be used to reduce, by rolling, a wire or small strip with multiple, simultaneous passes.
When fitted with suitably profiled rollers in steps, it can be used to shape, reduce and engrave wires or small strips via multiple, simultaneous passes.
When the machine is supplied with an appropriately profiled pack of rollers it is possible to have various desired shapes or profiles permanently fitted and ready for use.
Our ingenious solution has been extremely useful in saving rolling time, making it unnecessary to coil the strip or wire between one rolling pass and another; it also stops the product from touching the ground and thus prevents it from gathering dust and creating process wastage on the ground. |
