Rolling lines of one or more stands to produce plates and strips of various width and thicknesses.
INVIMEC is particularly specialized in the production of strip obtained directly rolling round stock material or pre-shaped sections, when final width dimension and result is suitable.
Lines are designed meeting customer’s request about productivity, dimensional, accuracy and precision features, combining different modular basic systems:
- different stand sizes for different productions
- one-motor drive and fixed gearing for all stands or individual motor drive for each stand
- suitable payoff, take-up and spooling systems
- in-line direct dimensional control
- high customization possible for each line element
Our specialization allow us to solve specific and niche problems, even when it is necessary to study complete plants involving complementary and auxiliary operations. |
